Forced Matrix Program

I need a script designed for me that allows me to run a Forced Matrix program. The structure will be five levels or phases of 2x3 matrixes with different amounts to be paid out after each phase completed. After each phase completion the member will automatically move into the next phase. I do not need self-replicating web sites, all enrollments will be through the main web site, and there are no sign up bonus payments needed for this program. I will need an enrollment form that will allow new sign ups to enter the username and password of their choice along with their name, address, phone#, tax ID and e-mail. Emails will need to be sent to the new signup and to the admin, and also an e-mail sent to the admin when someone "cycles" or when their "phase" is completed. This is a pretty basic program. There are thousands of these on the Net, so I am looking for someone that has experience and possibly a script that is already working properly on other sites. Maybe some customization to your existing script would be a good option. I will need a secure Members Area that will include where they can edit their profile, view their downline and where I can provide information. I need an Admin Area to add and delete people as needed and manage the business. I need to award this job in the next few days and have a fully working script within a week, or hopefully sooner.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Database should probably be in MySQL on a unix server.
