I need an experienced flash game coder to make this creation come to life.
I need a game similar to a game called, "Shoot the Moon", which can be seen at: <[url removed, login to view]> with the following changes.
1.) The game will be called "Shoplifter"
2.) Instead of a park, (as in Shoot the Moon) the scene will be a retail department store, (or shopping mall) type setting.
3.) There are to be two types of characters in the game. Shoplfters and Innocent shoppers. There should be at least six characters in the entire game who will keep re-appearing at random intervals.
4.) Instead of dropping their pants, (as in "Shoot the Moon"), the Shoplifters will "extend their middle finger" at the person playing the game.
5.) The person playing the game, (in this case, the person playing the game is the store detective or security guard) will score points for every successful strike with the weapon against a shoplfter. Should a player strike an innocent shopper they will lose points. If they continue to strike innocent shoppers they will eventually lose the game.
6.) I prefer the weapon in this game to be a gigantic rubberband that will be launched against the shoplifter. This weapon must be operated using the mouse. (Aim and firing of the weapon)
7.) A simple scoring system is all that is needed. 10 points per successful hit.
The coder is responsible for all graphics and audio involved. Your suggestions are encouraged and welcomed.
The game must be bug-free and easily duplicatible to disc for minor distribution.
This game must stay within the budget range. Please do not bid if you cannot complete the game in budget or on time.
