I'm opening an online hotel booking website and I need my final booking form. THIS IS A REALLY SIMPLE PEICE OF CODE RECQUIRED I KNOW ITS JUST JAVA (WITH LINKS TO) WITH A HTML TEMPLATE WITH A PHP CREATION CODE. This page must use ?matt?s form mail? [url removed, login to view] I've got a very good php based web site already created the problem lies with. Example: Hotel "hotel name" book hotel (link) > "Booking page"(the new page needs to take the name and location of the requested hotel from previous page to new page into a dedicated field). On the same page it also needs The booking field needs to have options (drop down) Country: UK, France, Germany, Ireland City: London, Paris, Munich Hotel: Daphne?s Squalid Hole, etc Date of booking in: 05/08/04, etc Date of checking out: 12/08/04, etc Required room: single, double, family, king, etc How many rooms: 1, 2, 3, 4, etc How many guests: 1, 2, 3, 4, etc I will be also be requiring credit card booking details so as to forward on to the hotels so as to make the booking complete. These fields as all the above I can populate. I just need the code that makes the page take all the required information and send it to me via e-mail with it all listed so I can forward it on to the required hotel. IT MUST BE NOTED THAT EACH DROP DOWN BOX MUST GOVERN THE NEXT DROP DOWN BOX'S CONTENT. Example: [url removed, login to view]
