Epinions Type Site

We have over 80,000 Dealers that handle approximately 40 different products. We need basically a link directory/forum combo that allows the rating of our dealers for both the sales and service of our products. We will provide the information for our dealers and products but will need a Database designed for the site. We believe most of the requirements we need are already available and just need to be seamlessly integrated into one script, such as a Forum, Review Script, Link Directory, Yellow Pages and Poll Page. Maybe a Heavily Modified VBulletin or PHPBB Forum? The hardest part will be the database design. **Please Note:** **Include the price of any script you think you will need in the quote.** **This project does not need to be completely original code. An existing application can be integrated into this project provided that it is open source with no per-use fees. Paid licensing of software for unlimited use is acceptable. Code from an existing source must be able to be modified at a later date. Needs to fit our specific requirements ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
