Authentic Jobs / Krop like site

Something similar to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It is not Authentic Jobs / Krop that I necessarily want to copy (relax Cameron, you should feel flattered). It is the simplicity that Authentic Jobs and Krop provides that I would like to duplicate, with a different niche. Lightweight and simple. I want a php/mysql back end that would allow me to manage a simple listing site similar to Authentic Jobs. Since we obviously do not have access to their back-end assumptions have to be made. **This includes but not limited to** - User submission form - Page with multiple listings (front page) - Single page for each listing - Ability to organize multiple listings page by 3-4 categories - AJAX like search similar to [login to view URL] - 2 Different types of listings with 1 or 2 fields that differ - User management & permissions(add/delete/edit/approve) - Admin moderation (edit/add/delete/publish/unpublish) - Back end search and organization of published/unpublished - Archive listings - Tags/Code that would allow for easy template implementation I will provide a list of fields to be included and stored for each listing and will take suggestions from the developer. - image management. the niche that im targeting will benefit from allowing user submitted images to accompany the ad. - the ability to pay small fee's to add small icons, bolding of title, or other perks to enhance ads. **What I am not looking for** - DO NOT include the Front End UI in your quote. That is already taken care of. - A bloated classified script. If that's what I wanted I would go open source. There are little things (like registration only at time of listing post) that I will specify. So leave 1 or 2 more hours in your quote. Thanks P.S. hate to pull the cliche because I am a developer myself and hate this kind of stuff...but I am looking to build a relationship with a programmer as I have a ton of projects in store. So lets help each other out. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
