I am looking for a simple Filemaker Database, or windows software.
The software will be for a service tech.
Top of record should have:
-Work Order # (User Enter)
-Customer Drop Down List as well as option to add
-Address (Auto fill from drop down menu) Also editable
-City (Same as Address)
-Province (Same as Address)
-Phone (Same as Address)
-Contact (Same as Address)
-Dispatch Date
-Dispatch Time
-Onsene Time
-Clear Time
The Date should auto fill and the times would be nice if there was a button to time stamp
Service Call Main Issue (Drop Down Menu as well as able to add)
Large Note Field - Named (Problems / External Notes)
Large Note Field - Named (Solution)
Below Will Be a Sub Table to allow the tech add his notes which will be looked up by Work Order Number.
That Table will have
Dispatch Date:
Dispatch Time:
Onscene Time:
Cleared Time:
Tech Notes:
Date and Time would be nice if they auto filled current time.
I would like this to be estetically pleasing.
