Online “Time, Billing & Reporting” system:
Online, multi-user, multiple database system to enable worker timesheets to be entered into the system, and then to be invoiced to customers, and then to be able to create various timesheet and invoice reports.
System MUST Be:
Multi-user – multiple users can logon simultaneously.
Online system - users will be able to logon from any internet connection, enter timesheets, create reports and invoices.
*Administrator will setup system users (Users will have access levels such as: input, edit, read, etc)
*Users will create customer, job, and worker records;
*Users will enter weekly worker timesheets for work performed on customer jobs,
*User will create customer invoices from worker timesheet db;
*Users create invoice and timesheet reports from invoice db and timesheet db data.

*We will provide ongoing specifications and answer all questions.
*NOTE: some work has been started. We MUST be able to see some real-time sample functioning within 1 week.
*User and System db (for system security and user access levels)
*Jobs (Customer jobs)
(around 7-10 databases.)
Reports and Output: (these are representative, but not all. Reports will be created from data captured or stored in various databases)
*Worker reports (from Worker db)
*PreBilling reports (from Timesheets)
*Invoices (created from Timesheets)
*Invoice logs and reports
*Worker reports (how much time billed etc)
The timesheet input and invoicing functions of this system MUST be operational by May 1, 2006. Fine-tuning and continuing maintenance can be conducted after that.
