GUI for a config file

I’m looking for a program to be able to change the values in a .NET config file. The file is used by a service, and the service can handle different plugins, and the different types of plugins have/need different input data in the config file. Should be possible to define some basic field type (string, integer, float, file, filename, folder, enum, date) and if the content is encrypted or not (ex. connection string, password will be encrypted). The type will be used in the GUI, like for enum types you get a combo box etc. The different plugin types should be tabs, and the same type of plugins are grouped in a table under the corresponding tab. In addition to the plugin tabs, an extra tab will be for specifying the logging and the service main tick period. The module is based on <[login to view URL]> article, so the config file is described there, but it’s extended a bit.
