Text based mmorpg

I would like a mmorpg game, I have mafia in mind like seen 1000 times before, i dont want anything superfancy with 1000 features. also i do not want a blind copy of a game, I want crimes, steal cars - the cars could be used in racing championship, stealing boats - can be used for travel, a unique feature that takes a while to recover but would give quiet alot of experience, an oc feature. the game economy shall be points, bullets and $. there should be 4 country to start with, but it will be easy to increase as the game grow. There will be prperties which users could own for this i want roulette, blackjack, slots and horse races. there would be a texsas holdem room were user wager ingame currency - each table 4 players. There would be a kill feature, were rank, weapon, kill skill and victims protection count, there should be a black market where users buy there weapons and protections + you should be able to have a points only weapon and protection. from the points site you should have oppertunity to reset oc timer, reset kill timer, buy ingame money, buy ingame bullets, get out of jail card, buy super protection, buy super weapon, reset travel timer, train killskill. (some more might be added while making the game) for the jail section, you can bust out people for minior rank points, jail bust does not have a timer like other features. You can make crews and manage them, veiwing members weapon, protection and killskill, the crews also have a crew bank, for money and bullets, leaders can pass this around to members. there should be main forum and crew forum. I want a image captcha shown evry 15minutes, were it says click 4 nature pictures or so. or a small easy puzzle. for the race, you could join championships, each car types have diffrent performance, and exclusive cars should be harder to steal. the crew should have the opportunity to buy a car crusher witch last for 6 hours and maximum of cars, when you crush cars you get bullets. there should also be an auction house were users can sell there ingame stuffs like point, bullets,cars and boats. you can also sell cars and boats from garage and dock. notice there might be some forgotten features, and details but you know how they look like, or i will show you examples trought PMB. the game also needs design. only proffesional php coders may bid, excelent communication trough instant chat required from time to time. the staff positions should be admins and moderators, nothing more, nothing less. full payment will not be released before i have tested the game for some days, and confirm there is no bugs. also i reserve my rights to not do this project if i dont feel confident with the bids, so sell your skills well
