Phpmotion Theme

Want to create a new template based on a site redesign we have done for our main site for phpmotion 3. Some MINOR customization of the player and thumbs may be involved so you should have the skills to modify the engine somewhat and not just design skills. There is a current version of phpmotion installed with a few hundred videos. We want to migrate all the files to the new system on a different server and get them running and looking good. Current site also uses youtube plugin so we will want all the youtube shared videos to play on the new system. Current site is using phpmotion 2, so there could be some issues with using current flv files in new HD player. Since we will not want to re-encode the files, the new player might need to be slightly modified so that videos are not skewed.
