www POST/GET data processing in C

i need the final file to be a C source file with no errors. the work i need requires the attached source file in the zip: a new function that will take in a string, split it on a delimeter and return the split values as an array (much like the perl split function) another function that will let me to easily access all the form data submitted after doing the above split for example one form field name will be ' amounts ', and they will be submitted like this: ] = delimeter names=joe]jane]jack&amount=1.00]5.00]10.00]15.00]20.00 after processing this I will be able to access both of these from an array, along with other values passed ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
