I require a PHP script for a simple “For Sale By Owner” website.

Step 1 (Select Type of Listing) contains two (2) choices: “Sub-category-A?? and “Sub-category-B??. Once (and only if) Step 1 is completed, the next Region in Step 2 becomes active (one cannot use Step 2 until completing 1). §? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Step 2 contains choices for Regions. There will be 13 regions in the Region. There must not be an option to select all, but only one Region at a time. Once Step 2 (Select Type of Listing) is completed, the next Region in Step 3 becomes active and loads the proper cities. §? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Step 3 contains choices for Cities (for a specific Region). Although the website layout shows only 10, there should be 50 Cities per each Region. There must not be an option to select all, but only one City at a time. §? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? When this search is performed the script goes to the existing Data Base and retrieves All the Listings that have “Sub-category-A?? + “Region-1?? + “Region-1-City-1?? attributes. To avoid User’s typing errors, the mandatory fields for “Type of Listing??, “Region?? and “City?? must be in a drop-down menu format, where they select themselves instead of typing. o? ? ? ? ? ? ? Upload Photos; Each listing can have an unlimited number of photos, but the Cumulated Size (of all pictures) must be 5 Mb max (i.e. Allotted Memory per person). There should be a ‘Main Photo’ which will also appear at the top of the add and on the adds listings page. o? ? ? ? ? ? ? Billing on this page; typical billing information mandatory fields and pay by Major Credit Cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) and PayPal). Strongest security features required. o? ? ? ? ? ? ? Once payment has been made, the advert should be automatically listed on the website, and a Message should come up (??Your Listing is Active, would you like to Preview it? There are some good news, though: I have two (2) more scripts to do (different), which will be soon (as soon as I finalize this).
