QoS implementation for Service Level Agreement in a Computing Utility using Fuzzy Logic

The primary goal is to model (the modeling to use is a multivariable optimization technique) the QoS SLAs in Public Computing Utilities using fuzzy logic techniques -- the basic idea is to examine QoS management of resources in PCUs and provides a general fuzzy logic framework that accounts for imprecision in SLAs. In addition, my fuzzy QoS model should analyse request patterns of consumers in a PCU to determine match conditions for consumers and agreed conditions in the SLA document.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
