C prog to access and dl email

I require a program written in C/C++ that will access an email account (given necessary information including password), specifically hotmail/pop3 if it is relevant, and display all directories and files therein. I also would like to have the ability to download any and all such emails and save them in one of two formats: The first format would be .html, displaying sender, address, date and all other relevant information within the file itself. All attachments would be saved in a folder with the same filename as the email’s html file name itself (see file naming scheme below). The second format would be the ms outlook .msg style. It would have to be entirely compatible with ms outlook and also keep outlook’s style of keeping attachments contained within the .msg file itself. No matter the style of download, the emails downloaded have the option at the discretion of the user to be saved in a "yy-mm-dd subject [login to view URL]", "yy-mm-dd sender [login to view URL]" or "yy-mm-dd sender [login to view URL]" filename format. In the event it has been downloaded with the .msg extension This must be fully compatible and readible with outlook's same format. An email reader for the program itself is optional as outlook provides a well enough alternative to this (though such an addition is welcome). Attachment preservation in each .msg email's download is a must. As for the gui I would request only that it allows for easy viewing of lists of directories and files, showing sizes, subject, sender and attachments, allowing easy point and click, shift/ctrl+click etc operations for selecting emails to download. Whether original emails should be deleted or not when downloaded should be a clearly presented option (such as check box, not hidden away in an option dialogue). Excessively commented code, and that meant for easy modification, is preferred. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows (XP) (with compatibility with outlook for the same)
