MS Outlook COM Add-In Enhancement.

I am looking for a highly skilled C++ coder that has sound experience and knowledge of MAPI, MS Outlook, and MS Exchange. Bidders must be able to start immediately, as I am already way behind schedule. The application is an Outlook COM Add-In which enables the sending of SMS messages via standard email, to our Gateway Server. The users’ are able to use their profiles, Outlook Contact lists, WAB, distribution lists, and GAL from MS Exchange Server, and their Personal Folders to keep track of their SMS’s, and replies. The Add-In was started by another coder and was supposed to have been finished long ago. It is working, but I am looking for someone to fix some errors and enhance the functionality. Bidders must be able to see this project through, and then be able to take on a large project shortly thereafter. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete well commented source code of all work done. The program must have authenticode, wherby I can slot my certificate and CA straight in. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. My preference for the installaion package is for it to be created with Installsheld 7.04 , but it is not essential. The package must be ready for dynamic minor patches or major upgrades without the need to uninstall. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Depending on the development environment that you use, I may need some minor instruction on how to add my security certificate and CA to the source code, and recompile [login to view URL] the source code and ## Platform Windows98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Outlook 97/98(if Possible), Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002, Outlook Express, and IE5.x . If the user is going through MS Exchange, then the software must be able to read their GAL's and other relevant permmisable folders etc. The software must be able to integrate seemlessly into the abovementioned Outlook versions regardless of whether the usre is in Corporate/Workgroup, or Internet Only Mode. The application must be able to be installed and used on the users machine regardless of whether they run on a User account or as part of the Administrators Group. The Outlook Secrity Warning (or Access violation 0x0000005) must not show.
