I would like to create a Hospital Ward in Conitec 3D Game Studio (<[url removed, login to view]>) A6.
I require a model of a Hospital Ward with nurses and physicians randomly walking from room to room.
The patients need to be controlled through some kind of external interface based on Admit/Discharge Messages. The patients will enter the ward then go to a pre-assigned bed based upon an Admit message. The patients will then leave the ward based upon a Discharge message. The message format could be as simple as “Admit,Bed12,Female?? and “Discharge,Bed12??. The patient characters must be either male or female and if possible ??" I would like some way to recognize the patient based upon a diagnosis ??" this could be changing the color of the patient (???) and would have to be added to the message.
It is up to the coder to create the external interface ??" but it must be accessible through java and an example must be supplied ??" even if it is simply a java class (an applet or application is not required). The external interface could be anything from file transfer to a real-time interface.
I will provide a basic WED file of the hospital ward layout. This will have to be improved ??" as it will only be the physical layout ??" no lighting, no textures, no furniture etc.
The coder will have to provide/acquire models of nurses, physicians, patients, beds, desks and anything else the coder wants to add to make it look good.
Finally, the user of the 3D Game Studio application should be able to walk around the environment. This could either be in first person perspective or third person perspective (where the user is a physician).
I am also open to other Game Toolkits -- but this needs to be authorized by me -- send a web link to the toolkit if different from Conitec.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
