Form Submitter - C# .NET - Adding Features/Updates to Existing Program

This is a project only for experimented people not C# beginners or people that can really know for sure what they are doing. I want smart people here. You must be proficient in C# and .Net to be able to modify it. I need: -daily response and YM or msn availablity Also you must be reasonable with prices, I used to manage a team a programmers once so I know the freelancer prices so don't get to greedy. The usual $ you will get for me updating my existing software ( I have the source code) are like $20-30-40-50 depending on the new features I want to add. I have a software that submit to forms automatically. The original program I currently have ( the original requirements are attached ) The updates YOU need to do to the existing software are attached The orginal software creation that work amazing was $100 I can pay for these 4-5 updates( as showen in the attahced files) up to $150 ( i know the prices so you cant trick me )! I would be happy for you to post a bigger project price $500-700 for example this will include price for more updates that will came , and we will work over these features in time I will release each 2-3 updates amount $ once you make it, so expect the full project $ will came during 2-3-4 months if I will need updates , I will them for sure but it take some times for me too know exactly what do I need this is why this will be a long term project! ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
