This bid is for someone who is good at trouble shooting and repairing C code. This bid is open to anyone in the world as long as they can fix the issue. This Bid is for
A fix for an issue with WINMOO, A windows based Multiplayer online game engine that runs text based adventures.
The main issue is WINMOO has a memory leak problem. I want someone who can fix this.
The engine eats RAM over time. It is in my personal opinion that the issue is in the way the program uses FORK (pause) commands and possibly the FUP (File utility). It is my belief that it fails to recycle the CPU and RAM used during these processes.
This is bad because it causes the engine to lag and then crash over time. In this bid the coder must be able to adjust or fix this problem so that RAM usage is at its most
