Create invoicing program /order forms

I need an invoicing program created with the following requirements. 1. Data for the program must be extracted from an excel spreadsheet(see the attachment) 2. When I open up the program I am prompted for an invoice number, percentage(35,50,75). 3. After I enter the information and press Continue I will be taken to an invoice creation screen. 4. At the top of the invoice portion should have my business name/logo, invoice number. 5. At the top of the invoice portion should be a data entry section with boxes to enter the item number and quantity with an ADD button and Done button. 6. Once I enter the information and click add The invoice portion of the page shows the item number, first 15 character of the item name(including spaces), sell unit, quantity, price(all extracted from the excel spreadsheet). The bottom of this page will show a total that will calculate the total as I go. 7. Once I am finished I will click the done button and the invoice will be saved in a designated folder on my desktop in HTML FORMAT. 8. Somewhere on the incoice screen I should have a create new invoice menu selection. 9. Create a professional looking, printable order for my company with place for customer's name at top. The columns should have spaces for item number,quantity, price, and total. The bottom of the form should have a place to total all the lines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Work on Windows XP Professional C+, VB, or VB.NET ## Deadline information Delivery deadline will be determined when a coder and I come to an agreement.
