I have 3 small, very straightforward and clean, C snippets that I want to convert to Altivec for performance reasons. The first is about 6 lines, and the other two are about 15 lines each. The first one is about 6 lines that blt an 8 bit frame buffer (plus color table) to a 32 bit frame buffer. The other two are very similar to each other and are a frame buffer filter/transformation. A full NDA and "non-compete" agreement will have to be signed before these two snippets can be seen, and I'll only be willing to do this if you're in the final final selection of prospective coders.
So, if you're interested, please submit a short message that outlines your past experience/projects relevant this project (and any questions that you have). From there, I'll choose a handful of final coders and we'll talk further.
