Convert Palm App screen to PPC

Convert the attached Palm OS app screen to a WinCE/PPC screen using VC3.0. Create dummy application, and store data inputted to form in global fields (NOTED IN BOLD TYPE): TIMEZONE,TRIP,DATE,CREW,HOTEL,DUTYON,DUTYOFF, DUTY, BLOCK, NIGHT, INSTRUMENT. The form has two individual leg input areas known as LEG1 and LEG2. The fields for each are : LEG1_FLIGHTNUMBER, DEPARTURE, DESTINATION, S_OUT, S_IN, A_OUT, A_IN, S_BLOCK, A_BLOCK, AIRCRAFT, PAYROLL, NIGHT, INSTRUMENT, APPROACH, POSITION, NOTES. Checkbox for ACTIVE state. Drop Down Lists populated by array at runtime. They include: TIMEZONE, PAYROLL, POSITION, DEPARTURE, DESTINATION, APPROACH and AIRCRAFT. Navigation Buttons include PAGE LEFT/RIGHT/UP/DOWN and ALARM Buttons include (A), (C), (P), (S), and (DONE). Win Ce form must contain all fields/popup lists/and check boxes as the original Palm OS app. The WINCE app must leave enough room for the text input area/stylus area. The forums must have an identical layout.
