Contact DNS servers vis Socks(repost)

**I need a a client that can communicate with a UDP DNS server via socks 4 or socks 5 proxy, and get me MX records. It need to work from a Windows system which has no net access but only access to a socks server.

I only need to call a function like this

bool GetMXRecords(LPCTSTR domain, LPCTSTR socksServer, int socksport, CStringArray csArrMXRcords);//returns true or false if sucessful

the above code is in MFC. I will not mind if it is in C or C++ but with above format and giving me MX records in any easy to read and parse format.
