Job Description:
I need someone who has experience with sugar CRM to make some customization.
Things that need to be done asap:
- In detail view of contacts and leads, i need the textboxes and checkboxes to be active like in edit
view so that my agents can enter in additional information or edit the information without clicking on edit at the top and then save.
- In the leads section, once my agent clicks on convert lead, i need the lead to generate an account number/invoice number automatically and convert that lead to a contact then delete that lead from the leads section. All this needs to be done by clicking on the "Convert lead" button at the top of the lead.
Things that can be done later date:
- I need to be able to do a mail merge from within sugar, this way i can select the accounts from contacts and mail merge the certain fields into my custom word document in order to print out invoices/letters.
- In contacts detail view, agents should be able to add interest or apply credits to the Ammount due field.
- Depending on the status of the lead or contact, the color of that lead/contact list view will be different.
There are other customization jobs i need done for sugar crm but these are the main ones. If i like the work then i'd like to establish a long term relationship for continued support of sugar crm.
