Website and eBay consistency

I would like a website built that will look just like my eBay auctions. I would like the following included:
1. Logo development
2. I would like a form that I input information into that will then place the HTML code in specific places on a page. (Both website and eBay auction template)
3. I will take the auction pages and input them into my auction management software (I only need the pages created) unless you can create an eBay API that I can use and can do away with auctionworks or andale
4. I sell clothing and linens, so the template and logo should be clean looking. I want the pages to be nice but clean….not to busy)
5. I have no preference on the language used, however the content management system will be used by people who can not code.
6. Any other input would be helpful.
