Website design and Database Development

We are a clothing retailer chain in New Orleans LA and we would like to get online and global with a development of website in similarity to [url removed, login to view] or www.walmart.com. Furthermore we would like to enable online e-commerce and purchase online. Also we would like to develop and connect our database with that of our suppliers in New York, Philadelphia, Texas, Maine, Wyoming, Ilinois, Vancouver, Ottawa. Also we would like to enable shipping around the world so we would like to connect our database to UPS so that when an order is completed online a notification is sent to UPS for pick up and delivery indicating the mode of transport.

This project requires extensive travel to our suppliers for connecting the databases, for the time period of the project which we estimate to be around 30 - 40 days. Please only serious bidders who can accomplish the task successfully may bid. Previous experience in the field would be a plus.
