Web Based File/Folder Transfer Backups(repost)

The web domain [login to view URL] will be used to allow users to upload folders and files, and have them stored on our servers. The will be able to visually see the list of available files with a browsing experience as duplicative to the Classic Windows Explorer style of folder browsing as possible. They would then have the ability to access and retrieve the files back to them when and where needed (anywhere they can connect on the internet and login with security). When the files are sent back, they are to be in a zipped format, using the file extension ".bak". ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request, and must further be explained any questions that may be necessary to appropriately handle customer support independent of the developer. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This application will be running on a Windows 2000 server, with an SQL database if needed. Language of preference is standard ASP with whatever JavaScript is needed.
