Web-based Client Management System, phase 1

Briefly, this project is phase 1 of a Client Management System. It contains 5 tabs of editable data, along with a search page, reassignment of counselors, view/update logging, and a codes-maintenance area for user-editable dropdowns. Further detail may be found in the attached SRS. There will be a phase 2 so good interaction with our team during this project and successful completion of the project will result in us looking to you for this later work. Thanks your time and we look forward to seeing your bid! ## Deliverables Deadlines for the following milestones will be set before you begin the project: * Verifying that the SRS makes sense and all information needed is present * Creating the SQL database * Layout of controls for the Participant form & tabs as well as other forms * Coding underlying functionality for the controls * Final bug testing and project delivery As each milestone is completed we will review your work to ensure that you are on the right track. For the final three milestones we will require that you upload working source code to the RAC server as well as supplying the URL to a remotely accessible test environment where we can test the application. * **Twice weekly reports are required via RentACoder from developer.** * **Developer must be available via instant messaging to discuss progress, questions, etc…** Project deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition (setup for Buyer’s environment not required) 3) **Demonstration version must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in Seller's environment showing data used for testing **4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
