Apologies for the delay in responding to individual bids. Due to some unexpected difficulties in another smaller project, I have now updated the detail in the project for Project Managers. This projects will be whooly lead by a Project manager and bids will only be entertained from speciallists in this area. Some additional information on the project: Introduction [url removed, login to view] is a London based agency staffing business supplying healthcare staff on a time sheet basis. Purposes It now wants to unify all stages of this process into one web based application that will have 5 main user types (1. agency staff to access / update the information held on them, including new applicants, 2. Capital office and remote worker staff who want to update information, 3. Payroll/invoicing to complete this weekly process, 4. Credit Control to update the movement of invoices from being issued to payment by the Client and finally 5. Management who will want to access various reporting functions and add to them without refeerence to the IT support using something like Crystal reporting. IT developement is not mentioned in this list Scope Our existing extranet ( [url removed, login to view]) and intranet ( [url removed, login to view]) need to be integrated to create a seamless web based application and links created to our existing payroll and invoicing software ( SAGE) and an additional scanning and indexing solutions needs to be added to enable full storage and control of all hard copy paperwork related to all processes.
