Project: To create and design a custom workflow application for a biotech startup. We would like to use this platform as a replacement for Microsoft Project or other Project Management Tools that could be used for internal and external collaboration and communication. Please look at [url removed, login to view] for an idea of what we are looking for. We are not intending to sell or use this product for hosting. It will be an internal application for our needs. Basecamp is not the ideal product for our needs but will serve as an excellent starting point. Requirements: To Do lists File Sharing Time Tracking Milestones Ability to invite users to see and share and access files. We are currently a team of 50 users but the software must scale to support hundreds of users depending on the hardware supplied. More details will be provided as they are required, please bid accurately in either hours or as a project cost. We expect that we will get a working model of the application and then customize to our needs. We are looking for a business to partner with on this project that has the time and skills to get this done. Software: Two approaches will be considered – MS / .NET / SQL Server / .asp route or OSS.
