My name is Jason Rager and I am in charge of finding a dynamic web developer for a new subsidiary of a large banking firm in the United States. I have worked with asp, vb, and sql in the past so I have been appointed to lead the application process. We are looking for developers that are of any age (some of the best coders I’ve seen couldn’t even drive yet) but they must be living within the United States, this is for payment purposes only. We will not require the developer or developers to relocate. They can work from their current home or office and send data over the internet or through the U.S. mail. The type of position we are offering is more than just a one-time website job, we would like to see this position become part-time consulting work for the applicant. To accommodate this long term business relationship, management has asked me to set up a fee structure where the worker would be earning an amount for each client that signs up for our company’s services. This serves two purposes: 1. This creates a higher quality product. (The better product that the web developer creates, the more people sign up and the more money they make.) 2. This would allow our company to pay the web developer much more money and create a long-term working relationship. Just to let you know, our company makes profit on volume and we have connections with over 6,000,000 future clients in the state of California alone. Although this is a large clientele, we would not expect to reach the 1,000,000 client mark until mid 2004. Right now, our old website is coded in "old asp" before the .net framework came out. We would have you do a lot of work (3 weeks intensive) to start off with to re-haul the site and add a few features, then we would scale back and have you add a few components to the site every once in a while (1 week per month max.). If you are interested please send some information about yourself or your resumé to: jasonrager@[url removed, login to view] Sincerely, Jason Rager
