Microsoft CRM 3.0 Expert

Hello. We are looking for an expert in Microsoft CRM 3.0 to provide some customisation. This is primarily to develop an add on to be sold to other new and existing users of the CRM 3.0 application. The scope of this initial bid is to advise on the feasibility of our idea and to take it to "Proof Of Concept" stage if possible. Initially, the forms can be "dummy" and the Web Service described below does not exist, so the Proof of Concept will be very much a skeleton. You will need access to a CRM 3.0 system (maybe the eval version) to do this - I can't offer access into my network unfortunately. We want to add a new button to a toolbar in both the Outlook client and the IE client, which causes a new form (or possibly a series of forms) to [url removed, login to view] final form of the sequence will include a "Send" button which will connect to a Web Service. This will send data which has been collected from the new forms, plus data collected from a query on the CRM database. The response of the Web Service (e.g success or failure) should then be displayed on the final form. From my limited knowledge of this, I believe the custom forms are actually aspx pages, with some .net code behind. I would also like some advice on how this kind of project would be deployed, both for the server side and for any additional files needed by the client.

## Deliverables

Documentation and consultation only. At this initial stage, any files can be provided in stand alone format, provided they have suitable instructions for both server and client (e.g which folder to copy to).
