HTML for Magazine Templates

Need new HTML template to change the colors of the templates being used. I do know the colors to be used. Also, am looking for a very creative person to design page templates for my online magazine, plus an award winning "magazine cover" template , one that we can add new artwork to every month, with an opt-in entry-or password entry into the magazine. My goal is to create a magazine with an MPA award winning design. The magazine is Living Life...Boomer Style, will have approximately 50 different departments. It is new and has basic templates set up right now. Would like to have something fresh and new--then promote it like crazy. The website uses HTML code, and has .aspx endings. Go to [login to view URL] Cover pages created for some of the departments: * Art Gallery -An elegant art gallery with an announcement of new artists plus table of contents *Movies- a red carpet event, Now Showing, and lights going back and forth *Embedded sound for About the Ride Cover Page deep sexy vroom vroom of the car for a few seconds *Letter from the Editor Home page-a desk kind of like JK Rowlings, you can see my desk, my front yard, the flowers I look at, hear the birds chirping, the dogs barking, butterflies, the ocean in the background, my camera on my desk, computer, calendar, favorite photographs, computer, notebooks, pens...The office is cozy, elegant, and contemporary, Wood floors, two red walls, white and gold built ins, zebra rug, two zebra chairs and a couch for a sitting area...You just want to come in and visit awhile. *Music-a 50s jukebox with 200 songs to choose from that actually play. *Books-a cozy place with a tiffany window (my photos) fireplace with crackles, soft overstuffed scuffed leather chairs with ottomans, afgans, beautiful tea cups, and bookshelves filled with books *A very cool shopping experience at The Shoe Store and The Art Gallery *Spiritual dept. - Angels with the azure blue and gold backgrounds, kind of like a Michealangelo in the Sistene Chapel. **Interested in hearing your ideas, too.
