For different projects we're looking for freelancers with an extensive knowledge of Flash. Actionscript knowledge is a must and designing skills and good knowledge of ASP/XML/PHP are a pre.
Projects (sites and banners) all involve controlling the Flash content via a CMS. Most of the projects also contain galleries/ photo albums.
Your job is to start streamlining the basic CMS and Gallery module so that these modules can be used for other projects. The second phase is to design different interfaces, effects and transitions (that are part) for the sites that we have to develop.

Although we always work on a projectbasis, your hourrate is important for us to know approximately what to expect.
