We are looking to develop an eTrain website for clients to log in and view the training clips. We will be implementing a video skin of which is NOT included in this project description. But the back end to utilize it is. We need the following: a)Admin Panel - to insert a new client company name, registration activation due to payment, track date of most recent log in, delete users, place users on 'hold' etc.. b) Registration - this will be simple, name, position, phone number and drop down list of companies to select from (already be defined by the admin). c) Log in - once the user receives confirmation, they will log in and will be showed a list of 'course offerings' each course is a refresher course of each module of our software. Each course will have the product, a link for a short clip demo and its respective monthly price. The user can click on multiple courses. At the bottom you will confirm the courses, at that time an email will be sent to the 'webmaster'. The user will be taken to the payment page. I am using '[login to view URL]' the user can pay via credit card or check...or an option to mail in a check. If they select to mail in check, then a .pdf invoice will pop up on a separate screen with their company name, user name, sescription of courses and total amount due. They can print the .pdf from there. d) each user's login is specific to their e-mail address. So if aaa logs in to view his/her movies he will not see bbb's movies. each is dependent of their own. c) Once the clips are activated, the user will log in and have the links date stamped. d) Each user will have the ability to enter a 'course request' option screen. They will select from which module they would like to see and a description. This request will be added in the admin panel. e) The integration with the video skin, admin panel and the web site will have to be co-ordinated. The key thing to remember is that each user's log in and video is unique to their own log in which is tracked via their email address. In their profile they can also upload and image of themselves and change their own password etc..
