We need a programmer to replace our existing programmer who oversees the website for any issues that may arise, including errors, etc.
More importantly, implementing new modules and enhancements to the site. We are currently in Phase 2 of the site.
We require a full time programmer who considers himself A+ certified as we expect efficiency and productivity. A wide arrange of programming knowledge is required. We are based in the U.S. and having an overseas programmer is fine with us.
To start the programmer will receive a full time salary until all Phase 2 and possibly Phase 3 items have been completed. Following that is a part time position to oversee the site in case any problems arise.

Full time position, 40 hours per week for at least 2 months.
Then part time position: 10 to 20 hours per week ongoing that may lead back into full time position depending on how the company grows
