Bandwidth Meter

I need a bandwidth meter that functions just like CNet's ( [login to view URL] ) and DSL Reports ( [login to view URL] ). It needs to be created using ASP (VBScript) and it will run from the [login to view URL] web site and should display the results in an animated VU Meter created in Flash. I have included the VU Meter that I would want to use included as an image. It needs to be recreated with the image cleaned up. The numbers need to be replaced with the KB/MB speeds and the needle would need to point to that speed with a little bit of animation. The little circle with the i in it (representing info) would need to open a small web browser that would display a help web page on the Graphix site. The little circle with the x in it would link to the [login to view URL] home page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in ASP (VBScript) with complete source code of all work done including any ActiveX DLL Server Components compiled as well as complete source code.
