511992 Help on Website - PHP proraming

hi there i am looking for a good php programmer who knows what he is doing. I have a site that was created by another programmer and everything was completed but did not integrate the pay pal / banking details integrating the banking details is very easy but the problem is that you need to understand the framework that has been used by the previous programmer. Actually i am looking for a group of programmers who can work on the site. If you can understand this frame work then the job is for you. I would have to chat with you online before i award the project as well as showing you the ftp files so you can get a better understanding.
