Description: Basically, we are looking to create an “online classified ads” website. People will be able to search and/or publish a classified ad directly from their home or business. •Website preferably should be based exactly on([login to view URL]). Southeast Texas has included most of the features we are requesting for this site making it pretty easy to start, but it needs personalization to fill our needs. •Preferred website language: English •Will be divided into 2 main sections shown on index page: (a)Search, (b) Publish •Other pages will be: (c) About Us (d) Contact Us (e) Register New User (d) User Login(e) Renew or Remove Ad (f) Legal Notice, Privacy and User agreement, I want tabs at the top for ease of use just like on [login to view URL] •Anyone can search the site. To publish, regardless of free or paid ad, user must register with a valid email and phone number. Each user will need to register as either a private or dealer, and they have their own pages after log in, for example showing old cars or apartments they listed, all their live ads and also a transaction info page, listing all their website activity. •It will be for private and business/trader sellers, so two sections - one aimed at private sellers and the trader (dealers) section will have their own details/logos etc, so when the cars are listed it shows their logo and contact info etc next to it on the listing pages. •Each ad will have its unique reference number generated automatically that can be used in the search area. Hopefully each reference number will start with G1, G2 or G3 to differentiate to what group an ad belongs to. This is not mandatory though. •Pictures uploaded by users will all be standardized automatically to a specific size to maintain uniformity in the presentation and also to avoid huge image files that use too much space and take too long to upload. •Payment section using PayPal, Visa or MasterCard that will allow “featured” and “premium” ads to be uploaded. •Must include a simple flash banner on top with site name/logo, and three small areas else where for paid advertising. •Site must be clean, appealing. •Site must include statistics and history to know which users and which individual sections generate more sales, and to show monthly sales by individual items, including how much are free. Statistics are only viewable by site administrator. •The whole website must be customizable. If updates or changes are required later on, we should be able to modify or customize any area in the site. All website documentation and images should be included for such purpose, including the flash files. We do not know PHP so any files, documentation and explanation needed to later on allow us to customize the website that require PHP must be included. Publishing area will have a “Basic”, “Featured” and a “Premium” publishing option. The “Basic” is free of charge, and will allow only one (1) picture upload and Ad will expire 30 days after published and must be removed automatically from site. The “Featured” will have a charge and will allow up to ten (10) pictures to upload, will be a “featured listing” meaning during search results it will always appear on top of “Basic” ads and will also appear in Groups main page in the "Featured" section, and will run for 60 days before been removed automatically. “Premium” will have a charge and will allow up to ten (10) pictures to upload and one “You Tube” embedded video to upload, will be a “featured listing” meaning during search results it will always appear on top of “Basic” ads and will also appear in the Groups main page in the "Featured" section, and will run “until sold”. Ad will also be highlighted (were listing will have a bold yellow color which will “highlight” this listing in the search results area). Though “Premium” ads will publish “until sold”, system will remove ad from page automatically after 60 days unless ad owner requests ad renewal removal (as seen in [login to view URL]). “Premium” ads may include a “Virtual Tour” for an additional charge, which will include the creation of the Virtual Tour itself (picture taking and flash generated image) and the inclusion of the VT in the site. (see Virtual Tour example on [login to view URL]). Virtual tour not as the one included in the "Open-Realty" source but as sample in "[login to view URL]". We do the virtual tours, but need to have the link button if user paid for a Virtual Tour. In case users do not have access to a digital camera or if the want professional pictures taken, they may request pictures be taken by us, for an additional charge. For all search results, use the style of the [login to view URL] where you see a small picture of the product and a small description, and when clicked, it opens to a large main picture with other pictures on the side to choose and detailed description on bottom. Results must be able to be sorted. Searched items will always sort "featured" and “premium” classifieds first before “basic” classifieds, regardless of sorting.
