Here's the problem:
I've been receiving the *same* email message with the subject:
"Marvin , ANYONE Can Achieve This in 30-Days." almost
everyday.
The email originates from my "Secret Agent Report"
autoresponder which only has one "system message" set-up to
instantly respond to any new subscriptions *but* it has no
further "follow-up messages" so that email should *not* be sent
to the subscribers more than once.
That message was actually a "manually" sent email to my list a
few weeks ago. (The software allows the user to send an email
to everyone in a particular autoresponder by using the 'Send
Mail To All Manually' function which is found under the 'Manage'
menu when you select any one of the autoresponder series from
the control panel)
For some strange reason, that message got stored in the
database and is now being sent to the list of subscribers
EVERYDAY. It was only supposed to be sent out once when
I had an announcement to make to my subscribers.
When I did a MySQL dump, I see that the message is stored
in the following table:
INSERT INTO `autoresponders` VALUES (2, 'Secret Agent
Report', 1, '%FullName%, ANYONE Can Achieve This in 30-Days.',
'Hi, %FullName%!\r\n\r\nLet me show you how to set up a
100% fre~e BULLETPROOF\r\nsystem that *anyone* can use
TODAY for generating ...etc, etc, etc...
And when I look at the structure of the `autoresponders`table I
can see that the message is stored in the fields labelled
"mansubject" and "manbody"
BUT I do *not* know why this message is being sent time-and-
time again to the subscribers in that list.
Would you be willing to take a look at it for me and help me stop
this from happening again in the future?
Thanks
