296500 Account Management Script!

I need an affiliate payment script to manage accounts. I have 5,000+ affiliates and I need an online database script that will keep track of their accounts. Written in PHP, using MySQL Once an affiliate reaches payout they can request payment in either PayPal, E-Gold or check. The requests are made from two different sites, so I need a seperate script where I will have an admin page where I can enter the affiliates information. Name, address, account ID, e-mail address, Username, password, payment gateway (PayPal, E-Gold, Check), E-Gold account number and account name, PayPal email address, request date and payment date and the amount owed. The script will need to pay through PayPal and E-gold in bulk payments. So I can login and select a payperiod and select PayPal payments then it will show all the payments owed and allow me then to be directed to my PayPal account and pay all the affiliates with pay requests for that pay period. It would also need the same for E-Gold payments. Check payments will need to be paid through Word format. So I can select check payments and download the file into Word and print checks and envelopes for mailing. Affiliates will have a login area where they can see their requests and update their personal information if needed. They can not change the payperiod dates, amount, affiliate ID. Once admin makes a payment, the account will show paid,date paid, payment method so affiliates can see the process of their requests. I also need a news feature so from the admin area I can post updated news that will be viewable when an affiliate logs in to their account area! This payment script will not interface with the affiliate program scripts. It is a stand alone program. NOTE: This project is not an affiliate tracking script! I have those. I need a stand alone script that will be used exactly as mentioned above. It will not track and credit commissions! It is a simple affiliate payment script that will function completely independant of any other script. We don't need a affiliate tracking script, or a MLM program. All we want is a way to track affiliate commisions that we manually input into the database. Like some type accounting software. Affiliates can see the results of the requests and update personal info. The main purpose is to automate the payment process. With over 5,000 affiliates getting paid in different ways we need to find a quicker way to pay them. Our affiliates are tracked and commissions credited on two different sites using different scripts. We will manually enter affiliates into the database when they have a payment request. Once they are in the system, we can simply add a new pay request for them each month. It needs to keep track of each payment, for each affiliate. It's intended to also help us track and account for all our payments over the year. We need it to be searchable as well, so we can always find affiliates and also see stats such as monthly, yearly payments by each payment option.
