school management - joomla development

The aim is to manage a school (presence/absence, delays, discipline). Development should be for joomla 1.5 or 1.6. php 5.2+ mysql 4.4+ Main requirements : - MULTILINGUAL Must be multilingual compliant for Joomla. Every back and front office must be english. We must have possibility to translate in other language all front and back office fields. - LOGS Advanced log (same as A2Billing) Connection, page visited... logs. - ACL (Access Control List) ** Administrator (for settings, ACL management and global management), ** Main Education Council, ** Direction, ** Teachers, ** Library, ** Sickbay, ** Parents/pupils, ** parents/élèves, ** Supervisors. - ABSENCES/UNATTENDED Absence, delays, exemptions management. Gestion des absences, retards, dispenses. Customized absences, delays, sanctions motives/reasons. Auto suggested pupil research. Real-time name calling at begining of each lesson. List of classes which the calling hasn't been done. Tracking and treatment dashborad (absences of the day, delays of the days, same for selected period week, month, quarter) Different treatments : phone, letter, email, SMS. Settings for templates of SMS (possibility to send using of SMS provider), email (sendmail or smtp used by joomla), letters (possibility to print in PDF or printer) Same for reminder letters (unjustified absences/delays), on selected period week, month, quarter. Multi-criteria lists and statistics with graphics, to be exported on PDF. - DISCIPLINE Sanctions/punishment dashboard. Tracking and management (phone, letter, email, SMS). Restraint time affectation on preselected dates. Unattended and postponed restraints management. Real-time name calling for the restraint classroom. Multi-criteria lists and statistics with graphics, to be exported on PDF. - SCHEDULE Import from different file types. Read/Write/Modify schedule for teachers. Checking teacher, classroom, class schedules. - PUPIL DATA Name and picture Parents data. Absences, delays, sanctions, punishments Summaries.
