Need to create image uploader - Repost

Need following to be created for Joomla 2.5 Image File uploader - Need a cap for 10 image upload Will allow users to select multiple files & drag and drop files Will allow users to re-arrange via drag and drop the order in which files display Ability to re-size images Ability to add watermarks I have already created a Tab form in PHP and this image uploader should be in Step 4. In Confirm the image uploaded should be visible. I would send you this form and the site dump with database to sucessfull bidder. This PHP page should be compatible for Joomla 2.5 and information should be stored in IProperty table. Need a good and reliable programmer for long term basis. I have given the same project to 3 developers and they have cheated me after getting initial payment. There wont be any initial payment. Once you show me the demo I would give you 50% and once the client confirms and the coding is final then 50%. If you agree to the terms Bid.
