Mobile Video Ads Network

It's a Video Mobile Ads Network Script. This system will serve video campaigns from advertiser to it's publishers site. Publisher And Advertiser will manage the ecosystem. Advertiser and Publisher can join using register page. Advertising Part: 1. Advertise can create Mobile Video Campaign 2. Advertise can choose Landing video or can use external rtsp source. If advertiser choose landing video then there will be extra fixed price will be applied. (Admin's will set charge for landing video). What is landing video? well landing video means we host advertisers video in our server and we are responsible for its bandwidth. Country Targeting: Advertiser can select country targeting where they wants to display their ads. (Eg uk, us, india) 7. Advertiser can select Bid for PPC (pay per click) (admin can select default bid. eg advertiser can set minimum bid 0.20) 8. Advertiser can buy advertising fund via PayPal IPN. 9. Advertiser can track on their campaign performance (Clicks, CTR, Handset, Operating system) Publisher: 1. Publisher can add their site. (By default publishers site will remain pending and admin will approve site or decline sites) 2. Publisher will get a ad code after adding their site. (Publisher has to put that code into their site inorder to serve ads into their sites) 3. Publisher can track on their revenue performance. (Click, Earnings, CTR, Fill Rate, ECPM, ) Other Features: Payment Form: Publishers can fill out payment form. They can choose paypal, wire as their payment method) There will be a fix revenue share with publishers. Admin can set default revenue share. Eg if admin set revenue share 40% then it will subtract 40% from each click publisher earn from advertiser. If advertiser bid rate/ per click rate is 0.20 then publisher will be paid 0.12 ($advertiser_bid-40%=return revenue) for click. Campaign will run only on mobile device. Proxy Traffic not allowed. Admin: Admin will have full control over advertisers and publishers. Admin can modify advertisers, advertisers campaign, Fund Admin Can Track on both publishers and advertisers Performance Admin can pay its publisher monthly using PayPal mess payment. There will be fund deduct system for admin. If publisher is receiving fund of $50 then $50 will be deduct from its current total revenue. Admin will select who will receive payment Admin can block advertiser/publisher account Script should be fully optimized and it should provide high performance with low resources. Use advanced technologies to decrease server loads. Use memcached or other technics to decrease mysql load. Overall it should be for business.
