My site is similar to a "trouble ticket" site, in PHP. I have purchased an AJAX contact form script that I need to be integrated into the site on 2 parts of 1 page; for both a user roll and admin.
The SQL fields that will be referenced are:
$api (either 1 or 0. 1=is an API 0=is a regular user)
$rcemail (retail customer email, will be inputted by the user or by the API)
$code (This is a variable that will be emailed to the $rcemail)
$code2 (This is a second variable that will be emailed to the $rcemail)
Part 1 (user roll):
The form needs to be slightly customized. Instead of the AJAX form being submitted to 1 pre-set address, the form will be 1 input box where the user can enter an email address. ($rcemail) Upon submission, the form will send an HTML email to $rcemail and include $code and $code2, along with a URL.
Part2 (admin roll):
Similar to the 1st part, except this time this will be part of an existing Submit button, that the admin uses to reply to an order. (we call them orders, but they're actually tickets) The form should check if the user's status (i.e. the user who is being replied to) is $api=1 (meaning that the user is actually an API) and if so, then send an email to $rcemail containing $code and $code2.
For someone with AJAX/PHP/SQL experience, I am guessing this shouldn't be more than 2 hours of work. This needs to be done ASAP, so if you're reading it, I'm sitting here waiting to find someone who can work on it right now.
Please message with any questions.
