1. Member Login – Membership Page
New members can choose and fill out one of the “new member templates” providing all the information needed to create their new profile.
2. Members Project Wall – Production Management Portal
Manage multiple Projects with a detailed project profile, including project type, project name, project calendar, project start date, end date & project description etc.
Cast. Crew or related businesses profiles can be added to a number of their different projects by the member.
This panel will centralize all key project communications by date, time.
Each project has multiple project tabs, that can be checked on or off to the member’s preference. Sample tabs include – Films, Files, Web Links etc. up to a total of 15 tabs.
The crew’s tab will be a specialized tab to manage and short-list crew members by different status or category.
Project Calendar/Schedule Window - Availability Panel
This panel is to highlight changes in the availability of the project’s crew members/
Hot Items Panel (Mobile priority 3)
The member can assign a hot status to various crew members or tasks across the project.
Project PDF Printout – Project Production Sheet
The member can print, attach and email a Production Sheet
Overall a member can have many projects, and each project can have many crew assigned to it by that “administrator” member. Each Project can have much communication/correspondence with many crew. Each member has an Availability Calendar, which can be updated by that member.
Each Project has its own Project Calendar/Schedule determined by the Project Crew List, Schedule Dates and the crew members individual Availability Calendar
3. Member Profile
The members profile information will Include - Production Type, Country, State, Category, Photos, Experience etc etc
Members can classify their various availabilities and changes to it as they get involved in various projects.
On viewing a profile in the web the member can then email - forward (with a linked PDF), print PDF, contact and attach to their project name – “short list”.
4. Internal Search
Searches can be performed with multiple fields running over the database
5. Global Communication Functions
At key locations around the portal there will be the functions for the public to post comments on the web site.
6. Package Prices
This allows for changes to prices for the above member packages.
7. Web Chat
The web chat feature will include the ability to chat via text, video and with the text record for all chats
8. Email Interactivity
Users/Consumers of the website will have email, text, chat and possibly web cam functionality across the website.
9. Email Blast
This will allow the portal administrators to email different member types with various updates in the portal or on various events.
10. E-Commerce Gateway
The system will have an E-Commerce gateway for payments of new memberships and also renewals.
11. Reporting System
The (AVP) portal will have a suite of 4 reports namely:
• Members Growth Report
• Member Activity Report
• Members Renewal Report
• Report & Site Activity Report
12. Content Management
The content manager will allow three levels of content changes: public, members, global administrator
13. Portal Moderators
It is recommended that reliable members be granted a moderator status after reaching a period of stable and reliable interaction on the portal.
The functional pages include the Home Page (Including Post-It and Coffee Cart Chat), Post it Page, Coffee Cart Chat Page, Free Online Movies Page, Forum Page etc etc
