eCommerce Prestashop Speed Optimization - PHP / MySQL

I am looking for a PHP/MySQL professional. I am working with a eCommerce platform, and I am looking to fully optimize the performance of my store. I want to achieve an 85% Page-Speed Score all around my site, and increase in ySlow speed. I am seeking for a professional who can reduce my page loading speed to 1.0-3.5 seconds. Currently the structure of what gets loaded (DOM, Javascript, aJax) seems like it can better be arranged so half the page loads first. In comparison, as of right now the site loads all at one time (longer loading speed). With the eCommerce current setting with the eCommerce's platform, I have used CCC (Combine, Compress, and Cache).
