$50 This is for architect or engineer, with good graphic design skills. Cut a part of a drawing and move it to another position on the sheet. No re drawing necessary, in fact much better not to - cut and position it elsewhere. 1. File must remain high resolution 2. File must not significantly expand in size (it's currently around 2.3 meg) 3. Exact work needed (this is an engineering drawing not a painting!) but follow the instructions it won't be hard It's as simple as it sounds - when you know what you're doing! You may need to try 2 different approaches - Photoshop appears to significantly increase file size - or use Preview or Adobe Acrobat which may not significantly increase file size Do not have dwg

I can do this task at the best quality. Photoshop is not the solution here. I can make the changes using a vectorial graphic application, which keeps exactly the same quality as in PDF. I can give more details by chat. I am also a computer engineer and I understand technical drawing very well. You just need to give me all details about which lines and symbols to move.
