Varanasi Carpet Visual Content Shoot

Carpets are rolling off our looms in Bhadohi and I need them captured while the colors are still fresh and the artisans are mid-knot. The assignment is fully on-site and starts the moment we confirm—no remote option. Primary objective High-resolution product photography forms the core of this job, with flat-lay shots on a neutral background as the hero angle. Each image must show true-to-life color, knot density and surface texture so buyers can practically feel the pile through the screen. Additional media Alongside the stills, brief process clips and punchy vertical reels will showcase weaving, tufting and finishing touches. These videos are meant for Instagram, so smart pacing, on-beat music and quick caption overlays are essential. Equipment & workflow notes • Full-frame DSLR or equivalent mirrorless body, color-calibrated monitor, soft-box lighting and overhead rig for distortion-free flat lays • Editing in Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop for stills and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for reels; final exports in high-res JPEG plus 1080×1920 H.264 MP4 • Sound design and royalty-free tracks handled by you; I’ll supply our brand font and logo for subtitling Deliverables 1. 40 retouched flat-lay photos on neutral background (mixed sizes from 5×3 to 12×9, runners and rounds) 2. 10 lifestyle angles (45° and detail close-ups) 3. 6 process video clips, 15–60 s each 4. 4 edited Instagram reels, 15–30 s, ready to publish 5. RAW files and project files on completion Acceptance criteria • Color ΔE < 3 when compared to reference swatches • No visible barrel or perspective distortion on flat lays • Reels meet IG specs, loudness normalized, captions error-free • All files delivered via Google Drive within 72 hours of shoot wrap Scheduling is flexible over the next week, but the sooner we lock dates, the better.
