Survey of KFC in Weyburn

I'm doing a survey of takeaway restaurants in Suburban locations across North America.
For this project, I'm looking for a freelancer to;
1. Travel to the KFC restaurant at Weyburn.
2. When they are onsite, I'd like them to take some photographs of both the exterior and interior of the building. To ensure the photos are up-to-date, every photo must feature a sheet of paper with the words 'KFC Weyburn and the current date (December / Jan 2017).
3. Together with the photos, I'd like the following questions answered and photo evidence wherever possible.
* Time of visit. (Morning / Afternoon / Evening)
* Number of staff operating the front desk (not including kitchen staff)
* Number of cash registers on the front desk.
* Is it a dine-in restaurant? (If yes, how many tables/chairs)
* Is there any features that stand-out? Paintings on the wall? Indoor plants?
* What colors are the walls painted?
* Are there any special offers or menu items being advertised by KFC at this location? Please describe.
* What are the operating hours of the restaurant? Additional photos to accompany these points should be provided where possible.
Please make sure you're using a camera with a resolution of 8 megapixels MINIMUM. (iPhone 6 or equivalent).
Please try and make photos as professional as possible. Good lighting. Good focus. Good angle (not tilted, etc)
