On-Site Equipment Stock Check

I need a reliable freelancer who can travel to a small home-run business in Burntwood near Birmingham, England and verify their current inventory of equipment and machinery. The task is straightforward: physically confirm what is on-site, photograph each piece, and note its visible condition so I have an accurate snapshot of what is actually there. Here is what the visit should cover: • Count every piece of equipment or machinery held in stock. • Capture clear, time-stamped photos of each item (multiple angles if possible). • Add a brief written description of condition for every unit; include serial numbers or identifying marks when they are easy to read. Once the visit is complete, compile everything into a concise report—photos embedded or attached—with your notes beneath each image. A simple PDF, Word document, or shared online folder is perfect as long as it is well organized and easy to read. I will provide the company’s exact address, preferred visit window, and a contact name once we get started. Please confirm that you have your own transport, a smartphone or camera capable of high-resolution photos, and can call me by whatsapp when on site
